Skin Care Tips

The first step in daily skin care routine is cleansing, if your skin is oily a frequent cleansing is required. If your skin is dry, use a suitable oil-based cleanser instead of soap. The exact way to apply cleanser on the face is in outward and an upward direction. Do not stretch, drag or pull the skin. Here are some other skin care tips:

  1. For Glowing skin:
    a} To remove tan from the face, use facemask of egg white and honey.
    b) Use cucumber juice with milk as substitute of cleanser.
    c) For oily skin, apply mixture of lemon, egg white and grapes on the face for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
    d) For dry skin, apply mixture of lemon, vegetable oil and honey for 10 minutes.
    e) For soft and smooth skin, mix half-a-cup honey with bath water.
    f) Carrot juice fades black spot from the skin.
    g) For supple skin, apply smashed banana for 20 minutes per day.
    h) For a fairy skin, apply mixture of orange peels with milk for 25 minutes and then rinse off with water.
  2. For Black Spot:
    a) Apply the mixture of mehndi and oil on the face.
    b) Apply a mixture of ½ teaspoon glycerin and lemon juice on the spot.
    c) Apply the paste of curry leaves and turmeric on the face for 15minutes.
    d) Grind betel leaf and add coconut oil and then apply on the spot.
  3. For Dark Circles around eye:
    a) Drink at least ten glasses of water per day.
    b) Add plenty of fibrous food in the diet.
    c) Must take at least eight hours sleep.
    d) Cover eyelids with raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes and then wash with warm water.
    e) Put hot and cold clothes alternatively for at least 10 minutes under eyes and then apply almond oil on the dark surface.
